<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>PENDAHULUAN :</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Peralatan hidrolis dan pneumatis adalah peralatan penghantar daya atau tenaga dengan menggunakan wahana fluida cair (hidrolis) atau gas (pneumatis). Umumnya sistem peralatan hidrolis menggunakan minyak sebagai wahana penghantar daya sedangkan udara digunakan pada sistem pneumatis. Tenaga yang dihasilkan oleh kedua sistem itu dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam keperluan antara lain untuk mendorong aktuator.  Secara umum sistem hidrolis dan pneumatis terdiri dari pembangkit tekanan (pompa untuk sistem hidrolis atau kompresor untuk sistem pneumatis), perpipaan, katup-katup pengendali (control valve) dan aktuator. Kursus ini memberikan pengetahuan dasar dan aplikasi dari sistem hidrolis dan pneumatis sehingga para peserta paham tentang dasar-dasar konstruksi, cara pengoperasioan dan pemeliharaannya.</p>

Tidak sedikit konsumen berpindah dari suatu perusahaan kepada perusahaan lain, dikarenakan pasokan barang yang tidak menentu dari sudut waktu serta ketidakjelasan dalam kesanggupan memenuhi demand. <p style="text-align: justify;">barges, helicopters, etc.) ; environment conditions and the last but not the least : INADEQUATE and LACK OF TRANSPORTATION SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. The purpose of this safety management system is to ensure that transportation activities are well planned, organized actuated or directed and controlled so that risks are minimized and transportation is conducted in compliance with</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">applicable Local, Government of Indonesia ( GOI ) or National and International</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Laws and Regulations as well as the Best Recognized Practices / Standards.</p>

Dua – duanya penting, dan jika dikombinasikan serta dirawat dengan benar, maka akan menghasilkan total beauty yang yang sesuai dambaan. Banyak metode ditempuh untuk memperoleh semua itu. Biaya tidak menjadi persoalan lagi karena dengan tampil cantik dan menarik kita bisa lebih percaya diri dan bahagia. Salah satu metode warisan leluhur yang banyak digemari saat ini adalah Totok Aura. Totok aura di sini tidak ditafsirkan dalam persepsi yang negatif, karena semua sangat ilmiah dan logis. <p style="text-align: justify;">Aktivitas perawatan saat ini tidak bisa hanya dipandang sebagai aktivitas teknik semata, tetapi harus juga dipandang sebagai kegiatan ekonomik. Artinya penguasaan aspek teknologi harus diimbangi dengan pemahaman aspek ekonomi sehingga ditemukan sebuah formula pelaksanaan perawatan yang efektif dan efisien.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Dasar pertimbangan hal ini tidak lepas dari konsep nilai waktu terhadap uang. Pemilihan metode dan teknik yang tepat guna dan biaya yang optimal menjadi satu prasyarat penting. Penghematan menjadi satu hal mutlak dalam persaingan, tak terkecuali penghematan biaya di bidang perawatan. Biaya perawatan harus direncanakan. Aktualnya harus dihitung, dan dalam perjalanannya harus di control dan dikendalikan. Kemampuan melakukan pemilihan alternative rekayasa spare part menjadi penting. Rahayu Setyawati  Arifin, M.Sc., PMP.</strong> adalah lulusan dari Teknik dan Manajemen Industri  Institut  Teknologi  Bandung (ITB) dan beliau pemegang sertifikat project management professional (PMP) dari PMI USA. Beliau  sering memberikan training kepada perusahaan di Indonesia dalam bidang kompetensi beliau. Banyak pengalaman lapangan yang beliau miliki yang siap di-sharing di forum kelas training. Berpengalaman menjadi project director pembangunan access line unit(ALU)/sambungan telpon DIVRE3 jawa barat untuk 650000 sambungan telepon baru seluruh jawa barat.  Beliau pernah menjadi project manager N-250 di  IPTN dan laporan langsung ke dirut IPTN BJ. Habibie dan menangani 960 karyawan untuk pengembangan N-250. Beliau juga terlibat dalam setup organisasi teknologi informasi IT IPTN dari scratch zero. Beliau salah satu pendiri dan pengurus  Asia Pacific Federation Project Management (APFPM), di Hongkong. Beliau Sekretaris Jenderal Ikatan Ahli Manajemen Proyek Indonesia (IAMPI) 2008 &#8211; saat ini. Beliau memberikan Pelatihan Project Management pada seluruh perusahaan minyak di bawah BPMIGAS dari 2002 sampai dengan saat ini. Pengembangan metodologi baru untuk integrasi project management, project portfolio dan program management dengan HR management: Organization Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), architecture team lead, Project Management Institute US. Beliau menjadi representative Indonesia Asian Productivity Organization di National Productivity Committee Asian. Dengan pengalaman yang demikian banyak Ir. Beliau menjadi project manager project management  mengembangkan kapabilitas project management di lingkungan PGN dan risk management PGN, system informasi pengukuran produktifitas tenaga kerja Indonesia departemen tenaga kerja dan transmigrasi RI, IT blue print dinas perkebunan provinsi jawa barat, IT blue print departemen agama,IT blue print system informasi dan komputerisasi haji terpadu Indonesia. Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan sistem informasi business process, organization and technology untuk mendukung product management Telkom, pengembangan competence based human resources management exelcom. Berpengalaman menjadi project director pembangunan access line unit(ALU)/sambungan telpon DIVRE3 jawa barat untuk 650000 sambungan telepon baru seluruh jawa barat.  Beliau pernah menjadi project manager N-250 di  IPTN dan laporan langsung ke dirut IPTN BJ. Habibie dan menangani 960 karyawan untuk pengembangan N-250. Beliau juga terlibat dalam setup organisasi teknologi informasi IT IPTN dari scratch zero. Beliau salah satu pendiri dan pengurus  Asia Pacific Federation Project Management (APFPM), di Hongkong. Beliau Sekretaris Jenderal Ikatan Ahli Manajemen Proyek Indonesia (IAMPI) 2008 &#8211; saat ini. Beliau memberikan Pelatihan Project Management pada seluruh perusahaan minyak di bawah BPMIGAS dari 2002 sampai dengan saat ini. Pengembangan metodologi baru untuk integrasi project management, project portfolio dan program management dengan HR management: Organization Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3), architecture team lead, Project Management Institute US. Beliau menjadi representative Indonesia Asian Productivity Organization di National Productivity Committee Asian. Dengan pengalaman yang demikian banyak Ir. Rahayu S Arifin siap membagikannya kepada peserta training.</p>
